What is Keyholding?
Keyholding means that we securely store and manage the keys to your property, and provide access to authorised persons such as cleaners, maintenance companies or guests — always with your approval.
We also carry out regular inspections, ensuring your home stays in perfect condition: no leaks, no humidity, no surprises.
BASIC
Keyholding & Emergency Access
Ideal for homeowners who simply want their keys stored safely and someone local on call.
Includes:
• Secure key storage in a coded safe
• Key handover to cleaners, guests or contractors (on your approval)
• Record of all key movements
SILVER
Perfect if you’re away for longer periods and want regular oversight of your property.
Includes everything in the Basic Plan, plus:
• 1 full inspection per month (interior & exterior)
• Visual check for leaks, humidity, mould or pests
• Mail collection and forwarding
• Report after each visit
GOLD
For homeowners who want full protection, ongoing presence and direct assistance — our most complete plan.
Includes everything in the Gold Plan, plus:
• 2 full inspections per month (after storms or heavy weather if needed)
• Coordination of maintenance or small repairs
• Priority service
OPTIONAL EXTRA SERVICES
